"You have to accept yourself as you are and God as God is, and trust that He will lead you in a way that may not always feel comfortable, but that is best for you”
- Father Thomas Keating
I had my first major panic attack when I was 17. I would continue to battle serious mental health challenges that would leave me feeling all together broken for years.Deep in my suffering, I found comfort in labels like OCD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Intrusive thoughts - that I wasn't suffering alone - But deep in me something was stirring. I felt there had to be more to all this than just managing a disorder.I was introduced by a mentor to this idea of mental fitness. That I wasn't broken but was out of shape. I was going to need to practice doing things very differently. Unlearning old things and practicing new things. Pushing into and past my limits of what I thought was possible. With time and consistent effort things started to get better. It wasn't so much about escaping my struggles but rather learning to develop the capacity in and through them. What I thought was the biggest problem of my life was actually the doorway to a much more Divine process. As I practiced my values, and leaned into the discomfort, what I have discovered is no less than sacred and holy. The problem, that I thought was the problem, wasn't the problem - it was an invitation to a transformative path of engaging with my life with all my heart and trusting at the deepest level.
Currently based out of American Fork, Utah - Zac helps facilitate and guide individuals and groups on how to build, apply, and cultivate the capacities for using their mental health as an invitation for transformation and freedom.

My journey into health and natural healing began when I was 9 years old. I was experiencing chronic strep throat and nothing, including antibiotics, would help. Luckily, my Mom listened to her intuition and took our family down a path of true healing.
After changing our diet for only 2 months, my strep went away entirely. I remember thinking, “Wow, eating healthy is awesome!”Fast forward several years and I was 20 years old. I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and told I would probably need a wheelchair eventually. Like my mom, I had a feeling there was something more that I could do. In other words, I was divinely forced to trust God, and find a different way of healing.
Once I found the people and tools to help me, I was 100% better within 6 months. Wowza! I wanted everyone to know what I now knew because I was on cloud 9 and feeling so alive. That experience led me to become a nutritional coach and help others heal by addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies combined. At Adventum, I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they reconnect with themselves, restore alignment, and step into who they were created to be. I am excited to support the development of holistic wellness initiatives, and create retreats and other experiences that allow people to slow down, heal deeply, and grow in a supportive community to true divine alignment with themselves and God.
A phrase I tell myself daily: “There’s no right time. There’s no wrong time. There’s just your time.” As humans, we often feel like we’re behind or playing catch-up—but the only clock that matters is your own.As a member of the Adventum team, we strive to guide individuals through a mental fitness approach that builds strength, capacity, and endurance—supporting deeper, more meaningful human experiences. I’ve always wrestled with what it truly means to be human. Working through a mental fitness framework has helped me clarify my core values and strengthen my connection to them, giving me tools to approach life with greater awareness and intention. This was no easy task. I stopped seeing myself as a problem to fix and started seeing myself as an adventure to navigate—and it changed everything. In a world focused on diagnoses, I’ve learned that true growth comes from exploring who you are, beyond any label or diagnosis. This understanding is what fuels my passion for helping others develop the mental fitness framework they need to move forward, even in moments of uncertainty or challenge. I believe growth happens when people feel seen, capable, and equipped—and it’s a privilege to walk alongside others on that journey. At Adventum, we combine practical tools, reflective exercises, and human-centered guidance to help individuals develop mental resilience, clarity, and intentionality in their lives.
